Jennifer C. Lacey, Esq. assists local businesses by providing corporate law services to small business owners, starting entrepreneurs, government contractors as well as business law services for nonprofit entities, community charities and religious organizations. Ms. Lacey has spoken at various business seminars conducted by local nonprofit organizations in the Hampton Roads area and for the Small Business Administration (SBA) throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior to forming The Law Boutique, PLC, Attorney Lacey worked at a regional law firm managing and negotiating avoidance action lawsuits filed against hundreds of defendants across the country in the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court to bring them to settlement.
In addition to helping businesses, she also assists individuals with family law services, including child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, divorce, wills, and advanced medical directives. Attorney Lacey has served as a Guardian Ad Litem in child custody, visitation, support, neglect, and truancy cases.
